Investing in Your Peak Purpose and Staying Grounded

Staying balanced and mentally healthy during the pandemic

What was the last time you thought about your purpose?

Last week, I participated in an University of Michigan Alumni Association webinar about vitality presented, by Dr. Allan Mishra, founder of Dare to Be Vital. We discussed about how prioritizing activities related to my purpose have helped me to stay grounded during these uncertain time. Click on the video below to watch the interview.

Boasting over 300 attendees spread across the US, the webinar featured the special guest Jim Harbaugh - coach of the University of Michigan football team and former coach of the San Francisco 49ers. He talked about how he has prioritized his family during this time, virtually training the football team, and his thoughts on vitality.

Developing strategies to balance my career, wellness, relationships, personal projects makes me happy, and helping others to do the same brings me fulfillment and immense joy. This is the purpose of this blog.

It took me sometime to realize that working on my blog and connecting to people to help them improve balance and happiness was in alignment with my peak purpose.

Thus, if you are not sure about your purpose, look inside. Think about the last time you felt at your best, what activities you do that make you live in the moment and loose track of time. As you start connecting the dots, you may realize that you are already investing in your purpose. If you are not, it's a great time for a change, coping with all the transformations currently happening in the world.

Divas, I would love to know what are you doing to continue staying connected to your purpose during these uncertain times with COVID-19. Leave your comment here, on Twitter or Facebook
